Can't log into the game Empty Can't log into the game

Alright, so every time I start up the the game it works and I sign into my account. But whenever I try to log into one of my characters, the game crashes. As soon as I put in my PIC, the game starts to lag a bit and then it crashes.

Can anyone help with this, I really want to play?

When you're about to put in your PIC, go to the website and click account unstuck. Enter your account details in there. Then enter in your pic and try to login.

If Ste's solution does not work: Delete all characters (for me one/few of them was stuck/glitched), but got it working that way.

OR you could start the game with the opposite client
This happened to me using the localhost client logging in with the loopback client fixed it O.o
Also fixed pap crash summons for me

Unstucking my account doesn't work, so is the only other way to fix this is to delete all my characters? Isn't there a better way?

What's the root of the problem anywways?
